08 The HYDEFishbowl

a goldfish never dies
in my own glass illusions
we all were born to play
and roll along the waves

but i don't understand
the voices drawn around me
I nodd off in a daze
of rioting compulsion

I've drawn into myself
and satisfied with crumbs
I wait for things to come
and sink down from above

I've drawn into myself
I'm waiting for my turn
and crystal swirls of light
are scattering my sight

I see my words exploding in
the empty indifferent air
and I just heap the void inside
one whisper at the time

And nobody seems to spot the tears
that drift along with me
and nobody seems to look at me
despite they put me here

and nobody seems to understand
i want to break the glass
and nobody seemes to figure out
that I just play my part

a goldfish never dies
in my own glass illusions
we all were born to play
along with our mistakes
